Placing an Order
To place an order with a roadside grocer through our website, you must first create an account. Once you have created an account, you can browse our directory of roadside grocers and add products to your cart. When you are ready to checkout, you will be prompted to enter your shipping and billing information. You will also be able to select a picking date.
Order Confirmation
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will contain the details of your order, including the products you ordered, the shipping and billing information, and the shipping method and delivery date.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact the roadside grocer directly.
Order Fulfillment
Once your order has been placed, the roadside grocer will fulfill your order and ship it to you according to the shipping method and delivery date you selected. You will receive a shipping notification email once your order has been shipped.
Order Tracking
You can track the status of your order by logging into your account on our website and clicking on the "My Orders" tab.
Order Disputes
If you have any problems with your order, please contact the roadside grocer directly. The roadside grocer will work with you to resolve the issue.
